Antonin Cuerrier

Solo clarinet of the Drummondville Symphony Orchestra, Antonin Cuerrier is a soughtafter musician regularly invited to play in the rank of most orchestras on the Quebec scene including the Montreal Symphony Orchestra, the Grands Ballets Orchestra and the Montreal Opera. Member of the CASSIOPÉE and Éclat ensembles, he’s played as soloist with the Drummondville Symphony, the Sinfonia de Lanaudière and the Philharmonie Jeunesse de Montréal. This alumnus of the Conservatoire de Musique de Montréal has studied in Germany and in Switzerland with Chen Halevi at the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen and Romain Guyot at the Haute École de Musique de Genève. Invested in his community, Antonin Cuerrier has worked for different administration councils, comities and artistic projects as manager, music librarian and administrator. He’s also had the chance to teach his passion, notably at the Conservatoire de Musique de Gatineau.
