Single tickets are mailed out daily and take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive. Please ensure that our box office has your current mailing address.
NB: Tickets ordered less than 14 days prior to the performance will be held at the box office for pickup at the Jubilee on the night of the performance.

Please call our box office to verify that we have received your order. If we have your order on file, we will be able to reprint your tickets for you up to 15 minutes prior to the performance.
- What is a subscription?
A subscription is a ticket package that includes a ticket to each of our mainstage productions. You pick the performance day and the seating zone and can save up to 30% compared to single ticket pricing. Subscriber benefits include the option to renew your seats each year before tickets go on sale to the general public, and special offers.
- How do I become a subscriber?
You can visit us at the box office in person, call us at 780.429.1000 or subscribe online for our 2013/14 season. If you are under 40, ask about our encore! and Explorers programs.
- Can I still renew my subscription from last season?
Subscriptions can be renewed until the end of our first production. At this point, seats from last season have been released; if you wish to have the same or similar seats, please call the box office at your earliest convenience, and our staff will help you find seats to suit your requests.
- When do single tickets go on sale?
Subscribers can purchase additional single tickets for 30% off from Aug. 1 to 23. For the general public, single tickets go on sale Sept. 1.
- Can I refund/exchange tickets if I can’t use them?
The Edmonton Opera has a no refund policy. Exchanges are only available to subscribers. We must receive old tickets in hand at least 48 hours prior to the performance. We can either exchange them for a different evening of the same performance or issue a tax receipt. If you exchange for an evening with a lower ticket price, we will issue a tax receipt for the difference if it is more than $20.
- What if I missed the performance? Can I still get a tax receipt?
We can only issue a tax receipt or seat exchange up to 48 hours prior to the performance. In order for tickets to be considered a donation, we must be able to release them for re-sale.
