Aida Dress Rehearsal

The Edmonton Opera opens its 2012/13 season with Verdi's grand opera, Aida. It's a magnificent love story with complications — the young Egyptian warrior Radamès loves the Ethiopian slave Aida (and she loves him), but Radamès has also caught the eye of the Egyptian princess Amneris. And, since Egypt is at war with Ethiopia, Aida doesn't know whether to be loyal to Radamès or her country.
